BPM for Industrial Research
Germany-based innovation hub for industrial plastics empowers team collaboration
Client Business Challenge
The end client is an Institute specialized in the standardization of production of industrial plastics such as polypropylene. They are a major contributor to the EU framework on the effective use of plastics. The scientific community participating in the research is spread across Europe and headquartered in Germany.
Since many client teams run several of their tests Europe-wide, the client’s core requirement was for a common platform to facilitate quick and easy collaboration. They also challenged Comidor to provide built-in tools for live chat and high-definition videoconferencing to enable presentations and file sharing, having been unable to fulfil this requirement using product offerings from other vendors.
Comidor Solution
Working with Comidor’s German partner, the solution delivered was an on-premise system, on a white-label basis, completely customized to deliver the UI/UX requirements of the client’s scientific team.
