The client’s key requirement was for an advanced Project Management platform with role based access and strong email and document file integration. The solution also needed to provide quick access from mobile devices, enabling prompt notifications to be sent and received during the course of each project. Comidor provided a complete cloud-based solution using our rich off-the-shelf functionality in Project Management.

Users have access to an advanced task management system, where each task is connected to the appropriate project phases. Teams can share their calendars which include dynamic information on activities categorized as “To Do”, “In Progress” or “Done”.

File Sharing with 3rd Party System Integration

Comidor provide teams with a built-in advanced document management system which includes file sharing, locking, versioning and view/edit rights, online editing and linking with tasks, processes and projects all available for instant sharing. The system also integrates seamlessly with Dropbox, Google Drive and Box so that users can access and of their files even if stored in different systems.

Metrics and Dashboards

Comidor provides a variety of dashboard views which are fully customizable and provide reporting tools for live metric monitoring and reporting purposes.

User Timesheets/Timecards

The system provides a simple means for users to register their working times, which can then be reviewed in real time by their managers.
